You can see our form on the website with the URL but after completion of the form, hit submit and you just get a sad face and app doesn't go through. I copied/pasted from allforms site and tried twice and it doesn't work. Need this resolved immediately. i've had several complaints. I tried to copy/paste the URL I used (website URL) but "message" does not allow that.
