Are you out of business or something? Nobody is getting their support questions answered, I'm not getting any verification that I submitted a ticket. If you're out of business, I'd appreciate knowing. I've been paying you for a long time. |

@Jin Lee: Please open a support ticket. Reasons for not getting submission emails can be very different for different users. The issue mentioned by original poster has already been resolved.
