Our forms are being processed by allforms, can see them in the "view stored form submissions" but they're not being emailed to us. Is this what you're experiencing as well? |

It seems mailjol is no longer functional. Even for opening new account it does not send a confirmation email. I had several forms on the application but it stopped working 3weeks back. Cannot receive emails of submitted forms |

We've moved on. If you paid for their service, do all you can to be refunded then close your account. Which is another hiccup we're having. Can't find a way to delete/close our account. |

Been searching for an alternative for two weeks. I've found Formspark.io coupled with Botpoison.com. So far it seems like a viable alternative. If anyone needs help getting started, feel free to email me at info@aartvarkgraphics.com. Maybe I can make a video. It's too bad. I really liked this service. I kind of wish I could buy this. Such a waste. |

We’ve had no forms forwarded since 4th July, so nearly a month, with three support contact requests raised, but no email received from doing that either, despite a ticket number having been issued, basically nothing, other than forms sitting here on this site. |

I suppose the obvious work around is to log in daily, and check for messages, but what a pain. I've been with mailjol for years. |

For the first time since late June I'm getting form submissions in my email! Perhaps support just took the summer off? Whatever happened, I'm grateful -- the AllForms alternatives were not to my liking. |

It's funny. I get some "deep" apology in my email, but follow the forum link here, and the "deep" apology isn't here. Where's the reply that the email alluded to when I get here. More inconsistent crap. |
